We are a Franco-British family living in the U.K. and coming to Fort-Mahon for lovely family and friends retreats.
Our house has been lovingly modernised. It is spacious, comfortable, practical and cosy.
The front garden is set back from the street, with plenty of off road parking. The back garden is south facing and private.

Our house has been lovingly modernised. It is spacious, comfortable, practical and cosy.
The front garden is set back from the street, with plenty of off road parking. The back garden is south facing and private.
The house comprises 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with fitted wardrobes and vanity units. There is a ground floor shower room, with a toilet. A separate toilet is located off the entrance hall. There is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with 5 hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave; the utility/laundry room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The dining room and lounge are leading to the garden, benefitting from the sunshine all day.
Another 2 double bedrooms are located upstairs, with a shower room and a separate toilet. There are a further 4 single beds in a spacious loft area as well a TV corner.
The garden is large and has a few patio areas in full sun and under the trees, depending on the seasons or the weather. There is a petanque court.
We are located in the quiet "Vieux Fort-Mahon", a few minutes walk from the main Avenue, with restaurants and shops. The beach is under 20 minutes walk and a few minutes in the car, with ample car parks.

The area offers a huge choice of golf courses. The Golf de Belle Dune is 2 minutes drive from the house. Le Touquet and Golf de Nampont are 20 minutes away. There are many other courses that are a short distance from the house and open and practicable all year round.
